I am a self-employed marketing/events consultant.
I started my career in London West End advertising agencies and have now over 20 years experience working on a broad range of design, advertising and marketing projects.
I have particular expertise in two key areas; corporate events and creative design of marketing materials.
Having worked at and then run a small-medium marketing & events agency, from 1995 I elected to operate as an independent consultant/adviser. During this time the majority of my clients were in the travel & tourism market.
In July 2002 I helped launch a niche market licensed publishing company and was the sales & marketing director until the company was sold in January 2007.
In early 2007 I returned to general marketing/events consultancy. My role is to work closely with my clients, interpret the brief and objectives, assemble an appropriate team and manage the entire project on behalf of and in support of my client. Within this role I oversee all supplier briefing and negotiation, as required, and manage the design and production schedule and budget.

I consider myself extremely lucky in my choice of career, as I have always really enjoyed what I do. With my experience of dealing with clients, sponsors, business partners and suppliers at all levels, I have developed excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Through my business, I have travelled extensively, primarily in North America (USA/Canada), where I was based for two years at the end of the '90s.
I have been fortunate to have worked in many diverse markets, with particular experience in tourism, travel and leisure; technology; retail; automotive and health service.
I pride myself on the quality, value and integrity of the work I carry out on behalf of my clients, whether it be a large or small project.
